Original Near Mint unused WWII United States Marine Corps Sweetheart embroidered Eagle, Globe, and Anchor (EGA) scarf in the original mailing box. Scarf is white rayon or satin (does not feel like silk) with an embroidered in yellow, light blue, white and red EGA with banners \"Semper Fidelis Marine Corps\" (see photo). The EGA design measure 3.75x4.75 and scarf is in near mint to mint condition and has not been removed from the box. Scarf is protected by cellophane in the original Mailing Box as purchased at a PX to be sent home to one\'s mother or sweetheart. Mailing Box measures 8.5x8.5 inches and is in excellent plus unused condition (not filled out) with some light age spots and one split along the bottom edge (Please see photos for best description). Nice New Old Stock sweetheart EGA scarf for a USMC display or home front collection that is in great shape in the original box.
