Warranty/Returns: Front projector lamps come with a 6 month warranty. If you suspect your item is defective, please call us at: 651-251-5699, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Central Time. We will go over troubleshooting options and (if necessary) set up a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA). New returns are not normally accepted, but, at our discretion, may be. If we authorize a new return, the item must be in good salable condition and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns require an RMA number.
