This is an ornate antique Victorian wicker sheet music stand. The handle is made up of curlicues and fancy reed work. The posts are decorated with fancy twist-wrapped ball finials.The stick and ball work forms diamond designs on two sides and fancy pinwheel shaped reed work adorn the two ends. There is a woven bottom shelf that is framed with a stick and ball gallery. Cane wrapped legs end in brass caps. This sheet music stand retains a whimsical old green paint. Great for magazines, books, etc. It is in excellent condition with age-appropriate wear to the finish. Circa 1890\'s. Height-31 1/2\" 17\" x 14\"
