Circa late 1800s.This is a 12 inch high and 8- 1/4\" wide antique gilded cast iron or aged copper frame.The inset holds a 5x7 photo.Heavy, weighs 3 solid pounds.Rococo easel framer.Acanthus leaf and scrolling decoration, shabby elegance.Ornate decorative rococo styling, acanthus leaves scrolled frame surrounds a beveled, easel-type stand mirror.It has curling acanthus leaves and the original slot screws and cover on back. It stands on a swivel foot.Thecondition is very good used. It has a nice patina.Lovely gold gilt cast iron table frame.Stamped into metal on back top: 1254.Very good antique condition with surface rust and finish wear throughout.Please see enlarged pictures for a detailed view.
