The Battenkill Disc Series features mid-arbor design for fast line rerieve with less line coil compared to standard arbor, sealed drag based upon the Hydros with six carbon & stainless drag surfaces. The positive click drag is easy to adjust and the Delrin handle is ergonomic so you can spend more of your valuable time fishing with ease. FAQ Q: What free fly line do I get? A: The fly line you receive depends on the credit amount. You can pick any fly line you want within the allotted amount from our website - stillwaterflyshop.com. Just reply to your order confirmation email with your fly line choice. If we don't hear from you specifying your line choice we will contact you. If we don't receive a reply to our email within 48 hours we will pick a floating line and ship your reel out to keep your wait time to a minimum. Q: Can you combine shipping? A: Yes, add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Then ask to receive an invoice and we will adjust the shipping to better reflect the true cost. Q: Where are we located? A: We are 15 minutes south of Bend Oregon, in Sunriver Oregon. Our time zone is Pacific.

Bonus Fly Lines Q: What Bonus "free" fly line do I get? A: The fly line you receive depends on the credit amount. You can pick any fly line you want within the alloted amount from our website - stillwaterflyshop.com. Just reply to your order confirmation email with your fly line choice. If you would like to upgrade your line, you can pay the difference between your credit and the cost of the upgraded line. If you have a $40 credit and want a $75 fly line, you can pay an extra $35 to upgrade to the line you want. We will send you an invoice for the difference in price. If we don't hear from you specifying your line choice we will contact you. If we don't receive a reply to our email within 48 hours we will pick a floating line and ship your reel out to keep your wait time to a minimum.

Store Policies We want you to be 100% satisfied! At Stillwater, you, the customer, are our top priority. If you're not happy, we're not happy. If you would like to return an item, please email us and request an RMA number. Be sure to include your username and associated email address in your email to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, package and return it to us within 30 days for a full refund, credit or merchandise exchange.
All returned items MUST be in the brand new condition. If items have been worn or used, this will void the returnability of that particular item. ROD & REEL RETURNS
It happens. You order a rod. It arrives. You're excited. You go out on the lawn to cast it... but it's not exactly what you wanted. No problem. As long as the rod has only been cast on the lawn, you're welcome to ship the rod back to us and we will find you the right stick. We are not able to accept returned rods that have dirty corks or have been fished. We carry the same policy for a reel. If you have us spool your reel with line and/or backing and you want to return the reel, you will be charged for the full retail price of the fly line as well as a charge for the backing and rigging of the reel which will be a minimum charge of $25 plus the additional cost of the backing. WADERS & BOOTS
When your waders or boots arrive, try them on inside. Make sure they fit and are comfortable before wearing them outside. If for any reason the fit is not right, ship them back to us and we will find you the right size fit. We are unable to accept returned waders or boots that have been worn outside or used. Orders will be shipped via USPS 1st Class or USPS Priority Mail at OUR discretion depending upon the weight of the package being shipped unless paid for by the customer.
Orders under $499 have 3 different USPS shipping options: First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Express Mail.
USPS First Class is the most affordable way to ship. This method usually takes 15-30 business days to reach its destination. This method does NOT include the real time tracking feature with your tracking number. A package will not be considered lost until 30 business days have passed. It is not insured and hence we are not responsible for the package once it is accepted by Customs in the USA for departure to the destination Country.
USPS Priority Mail is the most popular method of shipping for clients that require a real time tracking number. The minimum cost of this method is $27. We highly suggest this shipping method to those customers that want to receive their package in 6-15 business days and also require a real time tracking number with their package.
USPS Express Mail is the fastest shipping method available to our International clients. Packages will arrive in 3-4 business days. Many times this shipping method is only slightly more expensive than Priority Mail. This method also includes real time tracking. Tracking Information: Once a package leaves the United States, the postal service of its destination becomes responsible to update real time tracking information, which in some cases can mean real time tracking will update slower. However, in almost all cases, the package is still en route to its destination.
