Now, this is an old piece. This is either Ottoman ladies\' hair decoration- worn on the two sides of fes and called \'alinlik, the chain added later,- or a cepken (waistcoat) decoration two phoenix on sides with the chain to be dangled in between. It is a lovely piece all hand made. Not to be missed. All my Turkish /Ottoman stuff is original and old, from Turkey. They are prt of my collection I acquired or part of the presents I was given when I moved here almost 20 years ago. This is a lovely piece. I am listing another similar piece. Please check that one as well.
