This large heavy pair of cast iron and metal wall sconces date from the 1920\'s. Large rectangular cast iron back plate with a floral and leaf motif in raised relief. Candelabra style sockets with a metal leaf bobeche and lower candle cover. Sconces are in as found used condition. Have original poly-chrome paint of dark brown with colored highlights. Both have original rotar switches. Some areas of paint loss. Both are missing small fastening nut which is easily replaced. Both need rewired. Sconces are approx. 12 in. tall and are approx. 5 1/4 in. at widest and project out from wall approx. 7 1/2 in.. Each weighs approx. 3 lbs.
