Very impressive and substantial pair! Manufactured by Bernhardt Furniture, the pair are also extremely nice quality.Large, round tops withopened, tripartite bodies that rest upontripartite, raised plinths. The legs are curved and feature very large, carved acanthus leaf tops that attach just under the carved, roundedaprons. Thefeet are a unique, paw design with the paw feature achieved with carved wooden tassels. The legs have a carved wooden ring support and designelement at the lower sections. Very beautiful! Dark, cherrywood stain with golden highlights present in direct light. Very heavy with each standweighing approximately 50lbs. Very nice condition with minimal, cosmetic evidence of age/use. The legs do have a few, very minor nicks which can be easily resolved with a stain pen. Nothing severe or distracting. I have photographed next to a large, antique chair so you can reference the size of the stands.

Each measures 42.5\" tall. The tops are 18\" in diameter which is the largest diameter measurement.
