I am listing more of my 92 year old Mother\'s Antiques and Collectables she has acquired over the last 90 years which have to go now she has sold her house and come to live with us in a recently completed Granny Flat. This is a GREAT PAIR OF ANTIQUE VICTORIAN OR EDWARDIAN VERY ORNATE HEAVY BRASS DOOR HANDLES RECLAIMED FROM FARMHOUSE CELLAR DOOR. These were used on the cellar door of my Mother\'s family farmhouse - she remembers them from an early age so is guessing they are probably from the Victorian or Edwardian era. They were removed in 1952 when the farmhouse was sold and put in a box in the loft of the new home. Top and bottom parts take 4 screws each ( not included ) to attach to door. I suppose they could also be used as drawer handles. They are all still in very good undamaged condition - perhaps just requiring a good polish although most will probably leave them as is with the lovely age patina. Height 17 cms. Each one weighs approx 300 gms. What you see in the scans is what you get so please check them out carefully so you know what you are buying as these form an important part of my description.
