About our default printing material
- High Definition Poly-fiber reinforced photo-resin paper-canvas

About Outdoor use: Our prints are called \"Outdoor\" prints because: they are printed with \"Outdoor Fadeproof Pigment ink\", made from stable
coloured minerals (like carbon is black). This means the ink will Never fade in normal outdoor sun exposure levels and temperatures,
so they will very easily last over a year outdoors even in the Harsh Damaging Australian Sunlight & UV radiation.

Our prints are Not recommended for stormy weather. Although the pigment ink itself won\'t fade in the sun, it can still be scratched off.
Strong winds or strong rain acts like a washing machine and will weaken and damage the banner\'s surface bond causing the surface to
erode faster than normal. Over time, this excessive friction / stretching / flapping will scratch off and erode the ink layer and fibers.
Strong winds may also damage and tear prints if mounted insufficiently.
We recommend taking them inside if storms and strong winds are expected.

Our prints are water resistant; but not \'waterproof\':
they will tolerate light rains and showers and light winds without problems (clean water only).
They will usually survive long enough for you to bring it indoors before a full rain / storm hits.

Our prints and banners are usable in high UV areas; with sunny calm weather, where people would be outdoors having a picnic
in the Sun or beach, or during an Exhibition event, Market or Business Trade Show or Stall, and you can rest assured the Fadeproof
pigment ink will last well over a year and not fade.

Our prints last longer than so called \'fade resistant dye ink posters\';
Dye ink may be fade resistant, but that just means they still fade slowly in sun and UV light.
Our pigment ink barely fades in the sun at all, so it can be used in the sun for far longer than anything dye inks are capable of.

Here\'s a rough estimate of lifespan you can expect.

Indoors on a wall (LED lighting, No windows), No Wind/Rain/Movement, Un-disturbed : Over 100+ years
Indoors on a wall (Indirect Sunlight), No Wind/Rain/Movement, Un-disturbed : Over 50 + years
Outdoors Sun only (Full direct sun): Over 10 years ++ (e.g Advertising box / display frame at Bus Stop / Train Station)
Outdoors Sun + Wind only : ~6 months to 3 Years ~ (e.g Sheltered Store Entrance / Sheltered Bus stop / Walkway, <20km/h wind speeds)
Outdoors Sun + Rain only : ~6 months to 2 Years ~ ,(e.g on a brick wall on a City street with <5km/h wind speed)
Outdoors Sun + Rain + Wind (No Movement) ~6 to 12 months, (e.g print is clamped on a solid surface, door or wall, and does Not: flap / stretch / move in wind)
Outdoors Sun + Rain + Wind (Flapping in wind, both sides): ~2 weeks to 2 months ,(e.g tied to a chain wire fence ; short events only, depends on severity of wind/rain)

If you can cover with a sheet of clear plastic like PVC to protect it from water and wind, it\'ll be closer to sun only exposure, untill the clear protection degrades.

The main cause of print fading is cracks to the ink surface caused by Excessive Movement / Stretching due to Flapping in Strong Wind
(Wind, Rain water and sunlight by itself doesn\'t damage the print much as the pigment ink is stable in sunlight)

Checking image quality / resolution:
- Is your image suitable for printing in large sizes? Digital images are made of coloured dots known as pixels.
The true maximum resolution is usually determined at the time the photo is taken,
To print a digital image, all the dots are stretched to fill the print area. PDF files with vector graphics or vector fonts are not made of pixels, but rather math equations,
so vector files may be stretched to almost any size without loss of quality.Here\'s an example of how the number of pixels affects image quality:If your image has 1000 x 1000 pixels (1 megapixel), and your print size is 1000 x 1000 mm ,
That means there is 1 pixel of detail for every 1mm of printed space.
So when printed, your image will be sharp to 1mm at best.
Anything below 1mm will be blurry as the pixels are joined together to fill in the empty space there.

If your image has 2000 x 2000 pixels (4 megapixels), and your print size is 1000 x 1000 mm ,
That means there is 1 pixel of detail for every 0.5mm of printed space.
So when printed, your image will be sharp to 0.5mm at best... and so forth.

Here\'s how to check how many pixels your image file has:Example: JPG / BMP/ PNG file:
In Windows 10, 8, 7, Vista: Hover your mouse over the image for a few seconds and it should display the file size.
In Windows XP: Right click on the right an select properties and click on the Summary Tab. Example: PDF file:
PDF files are slightly different. They may contain vector graphics and fonts, some of which can be scaled indefinitely without loss of sharpness.
But, if your PDF file contains images, the only way to check is to open the file and zoom in till it\'s about the size of the image to be printed.
When enlarged, you\'ll be looking at a small part of the image on you screen.
Use this view to get an estimate of level of sharpness and detail visible after printing the file image at that size.

MINIMUM Recommended Resolution: 1 pixel per 1mm of print space (Example: 1189 x 841 for an A0 print) .
At 1 pixel per mm, as demonstrated above, it is definitely Not the best, but most people looking at it as they walk past
won\'t notice or care unless they stare at it up close. It depends on your application.
You need to decide if it will work at your end. We can\'t decide this for you. RECOMMENDED File Size: 2 pixels per mm of print space (Example: 2378 x 1682 for an A0 print)
At 2 pixels per 1mm, e.g a 2378 x 1682 pixel image on an 1189 x 841mm print, it will generally produce good results like those you see in commercial posters and banners.
We recommended your original image size to be at least this sharp or better. This is about the same as the most high resolution definition 4K TV sets available. FOR BEST RESULTS: 4+ pixels per mm of print space (Example 4756 x 3364 for an A0 print)
At 4 pixels per 1mm, most human eyes don\'t realistically need to see any better than this, and anything over 6 pixels per mm is almost as small as the texture of the canvas.
So this is usually good enough for most prints. This is required if you have many small images or are printing images with fine details, like detailed maps.

Please do NOT artificially enlarge a small image. For the same reason you can\'t enlarge a phone camera image of the sky to see every planet in galaxies far away. Digital images don\'t work like that.
Enlarging a blurry image doesn\'t make it any sharper. Once an image is saved as in a smaller resolution, the detail is lost forever, You can\'t resize it back up without the original high resolution image or project file. Artificially enlarging a low resolution image may reduce the blocky edges, but our printers do that automatically so there\'s no need for you to do so.

Colour Accuracy / Colour Matching:

Colour Matching to what you see on screen is practically impossible
unless you first send us a printed copy to do colour matching and calibration. Reason: A print may appear in an undesired colour when illuminated with different light sources.
or when previewed on screen with different Display / LCD Monitor settings.Orange sunsets, blue-green clear skies, tungsten or fluroscent tubes, and monitor settings,
will cause signficant changes in appearance of colours from what you expect on screen. This is because in real life, colours cancel each other out.
Yellow turns black under Blue lighting, Reds turns Black under Blue-Green lighting.
(like how old Red/Blue 3D Glasses work)

Prints don\'t have their own fixed perfect backlighting like computer screens.
They rely on your local lighting, which is not in our control.A calibrated monitor does not guarantee the print will look correct on either.
because the prints are lighted by whatever shines light on them, not your monitorTherefore, the print you receive may look different to what you expect in terms of brightness, contrast, colours, hue, gamma, etc...

We will do our very best to print colour correctly to the RGB digital data numbers in your file.
You can reasonably expect red, to be printed in a shade of red; sometimes perfect red,
sometimes a bit towards orange or magenta, but not something off like green or yellow.
Greys may sometimes be printed slightly towards the cool grey-blue or warm grey-orange/red spectrum, as with other colours.

Please allow some flexibility with colour for the reasons mentioned above.
It simplifies things for us a lot and allows us to offer you incredibly Low prices.

If highly accurate colour matching is important to your order, do not purchase this item.
You need to check with us and arrange it with us before ordering.
There is a special calibration process that must be done, this may cost a lot extra and involves you sending a sample to us to match.

For all the above reasons, it is a Very Important Term and Condition of purchase:
that if you have not discussed colour accuracy with us, and we have not agreed to do colour matching / accuracy for your order,
then you agree and accept that colour related issues are not a valid reason to be unhappy, or open a \'not as described\' return case or \'refund request\', and you agree to be happy with whatever colour tone/hue/brightness/contrast we produce at our end.

Borders, Edges, Cutting prints - Borderless prints, fraying edges, prints in continuous rolls Prints may come with small extra white borders on the sides
The canvas is usually bigger than the print so there is a small white border to catch inkoverspill from the printer.
Please Do Not rely on this free border for your design and mounting- it\'s not fixed in size and is meant to be cut out.
If you need borders they must be part of your image and visible in the actual image itself.
We don\'t trim out this border as this makes it easier for customers to frame, or sew hemmed edges;
so you will need to cut out any white borders with scissors on arrival especially if you require borderless prints,Extra borders \'Over\' the image size paid for are not included in the price
If you need an A0 print and a larger border around it, please purchase a larger size to accomodate the border,
e.g you can but the B0 size instead from our store.Prints may be sent uncut in a continuous roll.
If you order more than 1 print, it may be sent in a continuous roll joined end to end.
There will be a gap separating them where you can cut to separate the prints.Threads fraying at the edges.
There may be a few loose threads after cutting depending on how you cut the print.
The ink absorbant resin coating will usually hold the threads and prevent any further fraying.
If loose threads appear at the cut line, Do NOT pull on the loose threads; simply cut them with scissors at the roots;
and you should not have any further major fraying problems, as the resin coating will hold the threads stable. If you are using the print in situations where there is constant movement or flappping,
you can help prevent further unnecessary fraying by applying a layer of glue at the back at help hold the fibres steady. How we handle crop marks
Since we don\'t trim prints, \'Crop marks\' and bleeds are printed as though it is part of the image itself within the space paid,
(unless you discuss with us first). This is because we don\'t know whether or not you need them as part of your artwork for
framing or as guide marks for mounting, so we print them as part of your image and we don\'t cut them out.

Copyright and Legal disclaimer terms: Copyright issues:
There are actually many copyright free and royalty free images and templates available for Free on the internet.
You can search for sites like \'pixabay\' and many other stock photo sites that may offer royalty free images that
you can use for commercial purposes without worrying about copyright or legal issues. It is your responsibility to check. Due to private nature of your business contracts, we cannot practically check with the copyright holders what agreement or your license arrangement you have with them, nor do we know who owns what image to begin with. So, by asking us to print any image or document, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so and you confirm that you have permission from copyright holders to reproduce any image/document in print as mentioned in this advertisement, and you also agree to bear full and all responsibility for any legal consequences on our (the sellers\' and printers) behalf, if your print order infringes any law.Natural disasters:
Print schedules and printing machinery may fail without warning due to accidents or issues out of our control. In any case, we will discuss any options with you and or refund you accordingly. By buying this item, you agree not to hold us responsible if we are unable to fulfill your order in any way; as long as we notify you, and fully refund your payment. We may also temporarily disable this advertisement / listing as a result of natural disasters or emergency equipment servicing.

How we print white spaces / odd shaped images - If your image shape is different from the print you orderedFor example, if your image is a \' Square\' image, but you bought a \'Rectanglar\' shape print, then you need to let us know how to print it (e.g To Stretch , or Do not stretch to fit,). If you don\'t specify this, you agree to let us delay printing and shipment, and contact you first to check.
If we don\'t receive your reply within 2 days, you authorise us to make this decision on your behalf. Other Examples:

The best way to prepare your image is to create a blank imageto the size you require, then position whatever image(s) you want inside that blank image file and send it to us as shown in the instructions. This is the best method if you require a border. (Also make mention of any borders so we can double check with you in case)

Other sizes possible
- If you need a custom size. Our printing rolls are either 1500mm, or 900mm in width,
If you have a custom size requirement, it\'s more economical to keep one side close to either 1500mm or 900mm to reduce wasted canvas material on the sides.
We can print up to 3 metres x 1.5 metres safely, but longer lengths like 5m x 1.5m may still be possible at significantly higher price. If you need a really Big print, (where the shortest side is over 1.5m) for example, 3m x 2m,
The only way to do it with us is to purchase two prints and cut and join them together at strategic points so the seam is not visible.
This may not always work for all images. You must discuss this with us first so we can try and maintain matching colour on both prints.

Ironing Prints
- Removing fold lines and creases.

You can remove creases and fold lines by gently hand ironing the BACK side of the print .Which side to iron: The rear (backside) of the print only, Do Not iron the front printed surface; it will damage the print
Temperature: The polyester setting on the iron is a good temperature to use, or ~130 to 150 degrees Celsius.
Steam helps: Steam helps, but do not pour or splash water or large drops on the print as it may stain if the water isn\'t pure.
Iron on a flat soft surface: A clean ironing board works well for small prints. Ironing Process: First clean the surface you will be ironing on to avoid staining the print.
GENTLY use the edge / corners / tip of the iron to follow / trace and flatten any creases or fold lines.
Iron only the back of the printer. Never iron the front of the print.
Only iron as long as required to remove the crease / fold lines. Avoid as much contact as possible.
Excessive pressure and heat may cause printed ink to fade or crack or rub off, so don\'t overdo it.
You can iron evenly in regular rows to prevent the print from deforming due to the heat.To be safe, you can start by using the iron at the lowest temperature and pressure, then increase pressure / heat till it works well.
Do not exceed 150 Degrees Celsius as that may damage the print.
Do not press too hard; or you may damage the ink layer and ruin the print permanently. If in doubt, you may use other settings or higher temperature at your own risk, but you should test it first at the edge of the print
to see if it causes any damage.

Storage

Prints are best stored rolled up and away from water , moisture and UV light and away from sunlight as UV light may weaken the canvas material over time.
Always Roll prints with the printed side facing inwards to reduce the risk of damage.Prints can also be stored folded if you are tight on space. (Fold gently, DO NOT press along the fold lines), but you may need to iron prints later. Note that some plastics and bags are transparent to UV and infrared light, (which is how UV black-lights work)so wood or metal cupboards work better to prevent UV light from damaging the canvas material, (the ink itself won\'t fade, but the canvas may degrade over time) Sewing, Eyelets, Staples & Glue Sewing prints with needle & thread:
Our strong lightweight prints can be sewn very easily like normal cloth, with a needle & thread (by hand or by sewing machine) For example:
If you are using these outdoors in high wind, you can sew hemmings on the edge to help prevent fraying over time.
If you are making a double sided Flag, you can sew two prints/images together.
If you need to attach strings to tie around a pole, rail or fence, you can simply sew some strings / cloth to any point on the canvas print!
If you want to hang it like a scroll, you can fold and sew the last 2 inches together to create a tunnel which you can then thread a rod through,
and hang like a scroll.
Common threads used include polyester thread or kevlar thread. We don\'t sew edge hemmings or strings by default, because most customers use these for different purposes and don\'t want hemmings or strings attached,
so we don\'t offer a sewing service. Eyelets:
We used to do eyelets, but eyelets punch ugly bullet holes in the print and weakens the banner\'s fibres, creating multiple points of weakness and tearing, so we no longer offer it since there are better options available. If you really require eyelets, Eyelet punch sets are quite cheap on , so you could get them and punch eyelets at your end if you want.Staples / thumb tacks :
Prints can be stapled to soft wood as you would staple paper or a piece of cloth. This is one of the easiest method to mount prints. but can be a pain to remove.
Stainless steel staples lasts the longest if using outdoors. Regular office staples can rust and stain the print brown..
It is recommended to use multiple staples with short intervals inbetween them in areas of high wind. Note that the background may be slightly visible behind the print as it is slightly translucent, so consider painting the wood if required.

Washing and Managing Wet Prints: Our new generation of prints from October 2014 onwards are generally water resistant to begin with, but If required, you can gently rinse the print if dirty.
Our pigment inks are water resistant and generally do not dissolve in water when dry. So they won\'t run in the rain, or upon contact with water.
However, water does weaken the surface it bonds to so the ink resin may dislodge if exposed constantly to water. If you need to wash your prints for some reason, you will need to hang / peg the print up by the corners as flat as possible on a clothes line, or on a flat table, and spray it gently with a garden hose or water mister bottle; You can pat it gently with soap, but please do NOT rub.
Rinse spray the entire print with clean water evenly from top to bottom to avoid uneven drying marks / water marks / stains forming. Let it dry overnight without wind, or perhaps in the sun for an hour or two. Also avoid using dirty water. The photoresin surface of the canvas is designed to trap ink and water soluble particles, and won\'t know the difference between dirty water and ink. So if you use dirty water, you may stain the print permanently or unevenly. Even clean water may mix with dust / soot pollution on the surface and stain the print. For this reason, bird or insect droppings may stain prints while drying, so protecting your print on arrival with a waterproof coatings helps form a protective barrier that you can wash easily.

Protecting Prints:

We use Outdoor archive grade pigment ink, which lasts very long in \'Clean\' Sun, Wind & Rain.
You normally don\'t need to apply additional protection if displaying on a wall indoors out of direct sun and contact. However, like most posters, it is possible for prints to be damaged, stained or fade from physical abrasion, scratching, bird / insect droppings, dirty water, acid rain, ink, and solvents like turpentine / alcohol. So, if displaying prints in dirty / damaging conditions / outdoors or for extended periods, you may consider applying some form of clear protection / enclosure to help shield it and make cleaning easier(instructions below)

When pigment ink prints fades, it\'s usually not because the ink is fading, but rather because the UV light damages to the surface bond, causing the ink to flake off in tiny microscopic pieces over time. Applying a non-yellowing, UV stable coating layer may help prevent this from happening.

Instructions to apply clear coating protection: Although Glass and polycarbonate / acrylic frames work best ,
Clear sealers, like Krylon UV resistant spray, or Concrete sealer or Clear enamel, can be also used.
You can do an internet search for UV protection print sprays or laminates to see which method suits you best. You should use a UV stable, Non-yellowing coating.
Some clear coatings may turn yellow as they absorbs UV while protecting your print.
Look for the non-yellowing type if you don\'t want a yellow tint to affect your print over time.
If your print is yellow to begin with, then it probably won\'t matter, but it may still crack over time, so a UV stable coating is important for extended use in the sun. Alcohol / solvent based clear coatings:
These must be applied by Spraying only as it will temporarily dissolve the ink surface bond and the ink will flow / smear / smudge if you actually touch it.If using alcohol / solvent based coatings, please don\'t actually touch the print and keep it level and don\'t over saturate / overflow it with coating. The coating should be applied in thin layers and allowed to dry before the next layer is applied .This is because alcohol type solvent protection dissolves the colour ink bonds to the canvas, meaning all the ink / colour will flow / smudge and smear like water if you over saturate it with solvent based coatings.

Water based clear coatings:
Water based coatings are safest as they do not dissolve the ink, you can apply them with a roller brush or normal brush by hand or spray gun.
Check that the product says if it is water or solvent / alcohol based and test first on a small area to see if it is really water based. Application step example:
1. If required, remove any foldlines / creases first by Ironing the rear of the print Gently (see ironing prints section above)
2. Prepare equipment; An A0 print uses about 50ml to 200ml of coating. You may dilute with 20% water in a bowl if your coating allows it. You can apply using a roller brush, or paintbrush, sponge, or spray on (if your protective coating comes in a spray can). Solvent based coatings must be sprayed, not hand painted.
3. Lay the print facing up on a flat, level waterproof surface (very important, othewrwise the colour may dissolve and flow away due to gravity).
4. Apply the first layer evenly at the same time to all needed parts in one direction or in an even regular motion.
If you apply coatings unevenly, or if parts dry first unevenly, permanent stains may appear at those edges.
5. It\'s recommended to apply light thin layers each time, If applying a thick coat at once it may flow like water down a stream, dragging the coloured ink with it and staining the print so be careful..
6. Care for your protected prints: Depending on what protection you use, it may also need to be reapplied / changed after a few years. Polycarbonate coatings degrades after around 5 to 10 years in direct sun for example.Clear protection is not a complete protection, it just slows down UV damage and makes prints easier to wash / clean.
The remaining 0-5% will still erode your print surface and fibres over time, so for absolute protection, prints should be lit up using modern (non-UV) LED based globes in a gallery / room. Completely avoid all light that comes from the sun, both direct through windows and reflected of walls. We recommend you use LED bulbs or SMD\'s to illuminate your prints. LED bulbs are quickly replacing flourescent bulbs in houses due to their very low cost and very high efficiency and lifespan. For example, to check, turn off the lights in your house and if you can still see the print in the day, that means UV light is coming through windows somewhere. Glass windows do NOT block \'all damaging wavelengths UV light\',

Please know that we do not use disappearing ink to annoy our customers, please take precaution against ink damage (as stated above).
otherwiseyou agree not to hold us responsible for ink fading for any reason,

Making Prints Glossy:

To acheive a look similar to gloss photo paperYou can make your print appear more glossy, like gloss photo paper by carefully applying many consequetive thick layers of gloss coating spray.
Gloss spray is usually a solvent and will cause prints to run, so practice with a spare piece and do it carefully in very thin light layers so the layers can dry without causing ink to dissolve and flow. You will likely need many layers of clear coating to achieve a gloss effect. Some texture may remain, but it will look more glossy than hte original matte print. As mentioned earlier, never touch the print when wet with solvent based spray coatings, as the ink - canvas bond will be temporarily dissolved by the solvent until it dries.

Alternatively, the fastest method is to just laminate the print, though it is more expensive.

Making Frames Cheaply or Free:

You can use Free, Low Cost, Child Safe framing materials available everywhere:
Since our high tech canvas prints are lightweight and strong, It is easy to achieve a professionallook with cheap and light materials
that would otherwise not be possible with other heavier canvas prints.Cheap raised frames: You can use safe light styrofoam, or cereal box cardboard. (which is extremely cheap or Free at your supermarket,
Supermarkets like ALDI\'s, Woolwotths or IGA have lots of boxes lying around.)You can also stack and glue layers of cardboard pieces like a jigsaw to create a thick piece of board and just wrap and tape or glue the Canvas print around it.
as you would wrap a present. It doesn\'t have to be neat as the print will cover the joints anyway. To keep things safer for young children, avoid using staples, but instead use small bits of office tape or non toxic PVA glue. You can also use a few cereal boxes, cut them in half so they are in equal thickness and just tape them together like tiles, then wrap the canvas over it and hang it on a wall (see picture below for some configurations). To hang foam or cardboard frames, you can use a pen to punch a hole in the back on the cardboard or foam (just don\'t damage the canvas) then hang it up on a nail , or staple a loop of thread/string/disposable plastic bag handle to hold it in place. It is so lightweight, this barely takes any effort, and even if it falls it is less likely to hurt anyone compared to a wooden frame,
so it may be much safer for households with children.

Easy Scroll or Curtain frame.
If you have a spare rod or pole or straight stick lying around, you can also simply just fold over the top and bottom edge,
and staple or sew them in place to form an O tunnel or \'O\' loop circle.
Do this for the top and bottom edge, Then just push a rod through each hole / tunnel, and you can then hang the print as a scroll , or like a curtain.

Use an old existing frame
You can even simply wrap it over an existing picture frame without even taking out the old picture, which is probably the easiest, but the picture behind it may be visible unless you cover it up by gluing piece of paper over it. - It\'s basically as easy as wrapping a present.

Postage and Handling (Shipping, Packaging & Extra Services)

Your choice of packaging methods: Letter Post (Folded, with Fold Lines on Arrival):
Your prints will be folded down to A4 size and sent as a low cost letter to you, similar to how a RACV magazine is posted,
It will be covered in a plastic envelope with a sheet of A4 paper with your address inside. There is no cardboard.
This method suits simple diagrams, industrial signs or posters, or business charts or maps or street banners
where fold lines or creases are not of concern to you. As demonstrated above, our prints can be folded, and ironed flat to remove creases, so they can survive the postage
even if we fold it, though it may take some effort at your end. Creases or folds usually do not damage these permanently
unless damage is severe of if the postal service crushes it or drops a box on it which can happen. With letter post, there is a chance that the postal serivce may damage the print such that the ink layer comes off at a few points.
This is unavoidable for a cheap letter package. If you select this postage method, you agree to accept any such damage as normal, and not blame us.
If you require that no fold lines or damage be present on arrival, You are not permitted to use this postage method;
please select the Parcel post option instead.Parcel Post (Rolled):
Your prints will be Rolled up and sent inside a cardboard enclosure, like a Mailing tube, long box, pyramid toblerone shaped box, or a roll of corugated cardboard. To use this service, you will need to select the $xx.95 service (e.g $8.95 / $11.95) at checkout before you make payment (contact us if overseas) .This method is more expensive, as it goes as a parcel, but your prints usually have little or no fold lines on arrival unless the postal service accidentally bends it in half or crushses it.
But even so it may at most only result in one fold line or gently folds on one axis, which you can iron out easily compared to a folded letter postage.
The typical method used by most printing companies for customers who need prints to arrive in great condition, or for artworks or presents etc.We use recycled cardboard or whatever cardboard we have which is \"Free for you\", so please don\'t expect a strong Hard tube roll if you\'re not going to pay for it.
If you expect or need a Very strong tube, it may cost extra due to the weight. Auspost charges $3+ for just the tube itself. Please contact us before paying and we\'ll adjust the invoice for you

Timeframes:
The 3 business days printing time saves you money as it is more efficient for us to print these in bulk every 3 business days.
Therefore, we require about 3 business days for printing, 1 day for packing and handling and then some days for postage (depends on your selected postage service) before you get your print order,
This timeframe lets us offer you this amazingly low price that rivals even the major printing companies and stores.Sorry pickup is not available.
As an online store, our insurance contract and factory safety policies do not allow for customers to pickup items, i do apologise.
The higher insurance costs for a few retail pickup operations would raise prices and impact unfairly on other customers.

For security and peace of mind for delivery, we offer insured & express shipping services via Australia post.

Warranty

Thisitem comes with 30 days limited warranty from date of delivery.Because posters can get damaged by various methods, we cannot offer warranty longer than 1 month due to improper protection care by customers. Posters are inanimate, in other words they won\'t damage themselves, so if they arrive in good condition, they will stay that way unless something damages them.
For example, as mentioned above, Pigment Ink is long lasting and DOES NOT FADE BY ITSELF, however pigment ink Does get damaged when exposed to continuous wind water and abrasion after a while when unprotected. We do not (and have no reason to use) disappearing ink. If ink fades, it is not our fault, and by buying this service / item, you agree not to hold us responsible for ink fading, otherwise you are not permitted to buy this item.
So to prevent this from happening, protect your print as advertised above. If the ink arrives significantly / severely discoloured, contact us within 3 DAYS of receiving it. (open immediately to check) Prior to postage, all items are checked to be correct and intact in good condition advertised above. If they don\'t perform to expectations or arrive broken / damaged, there may be damage that occurred during transit. If this happens, we may help you repair / fix it out of courtesy, but you agree that you shall not blame us or leave us a negative rating or comment for any such fault of the postal service. We also pack exactly as advertised, so if you realise later that you don\'t like the packaging when your order arrives, don\'t blame us, because we informed you in advance in the postage section above about how we would pack it and also gave you the option to choose your packaging if you were not happy with how we would pack it.

Although we usually replace damaged goods out of courtesy after warranty is void; to prevent abuse of our courtesy, we will officially state that the following is not covered under our warranty: Ink Fading, Damageand or problems caused by the misuse, abuse, negligent handling of the devicefrom its original purpose, attempts at repair, dropping or extreme wear, and deterioration, loss, injury or damage occasionedby, or as a result of the misuse or improper storage, intentional or accidental, as well as any apparent defects or lack of functionality or performance that has already been noticed by our staff and stated in the listing. Wereserve the right to replace or repair the appliance within the warranty period. Postage fees are only refundable if the post office agrees to do so.

We are not responsible for items getting damaged or lost during transit in any way whatsoever. We recommend you purchase a strong packaging or insurance if you require financial protection against damage or loss in transit. You must purchase additional insulation protection if you require additional protection against possible physical damage such as from shock or rough handling during shipment. If it does get lost or damaged, you will be able to arrange insurance compensation with the postal service or by using the warranty provided by item\'s manufacturer.

As a general rule, product failure can be caused by many reasons, and it is extremely difficult to decide who will be held accountable, and sometimes neither buyernor seller is at fault as items can get damaged in transit through the postal service or through other unexpected non physical circumstances (eg;failure due to electromagentic radiation / Excessive high or low temperatures while in transport / security xray scans etc..)Therefore, if insurance compensation cannot be arranged from the postal service, both seller and buyer agree to share the shipping obligations forgetting an item replaced. If an item is damaged and its warranty is not void or expired, the buyer agrees to pay all shipping fees to return the item to us. Likewise, and we will also pay all shipping fees necessary to send the item back to the place the buyer sent it from.If you do not agree to this, we recommend you select and purchase shipping insurance and additional protective insulation.
