Short Bio: Cynthia Lindsay was born on May 27, 1915 in North Hempstead, New York, USA as Cynthia Hobart. She was a writer and actress, known for American in Paris (1964), A Look at Monaco (1963) and My Three Sons (1960). She was married to Russell Gleason, Lou Lindsay and Robert Patten. Daughter-in-law of actress Lucile Gleason and James Gleason. Mother of Michael Lindsay. Wrote a biography of Karloff, \"Dear Boris\" and other books.An author who began a career in entertainment as a stunt double for such stars as Claudette Colbert and Sonja Henie in films. She turned to writing after a horseback riding injury ended this phase of her career.
