\"FOX HUNT\" 9-3/8\" DECORATIVE PLATE Purchased at an estate sale, this plate is in excellent, pre-owned condition. There are no chips, cracks, crazing, the colors are vibrant and the gold trim is in great condition. The plate measures approximately 9-3/8\" in diameter and the center is painted with a fox hunt scene of men wearing red coats and charging their horses through a meadow. The rim of the plate is trimmed with a band of gold and the plate is signed at the bottom by the artist. It is stamped on the back with the maker\'s mark and \"PICKARD Made in U.S.A. America\'s Finest China Hand Decorated S\". There is also a notation that the plate is for decorative purposes only, not safe for use with food. This plate has beautiful detailing and would compliment any collection. Plate stand is not included in this sale. Please see my other sales for more plates by this maker.
