Up for sale is an original PING Karsten Co. Anser putter. This putter belonged to a friend of mine’s dad. Helping him sell his collection. The Karsten Co. Anser is the first model of the Anser that PING made when they moved to Phoenix. They were made for one year only. This putter measures approximately 35.5” in length and still wears its original Golf Pride Pistol grip. The grip and a tennis racquet grip wrap over it that I removed. It was red and left a little residue on the grip (see pictures). The head of the putter looks to have had work done to it at some point. The back flange looks like it was shaved to give a resemblance to a B60 style head. Where it says PING on the heel and ANSER on the toe is about half worn off. The rest of the head itself appears to be in good condition with no abnormal wear or damage. The steel shaft does not have any rust on the outside and does not have a shaft band on it.
