A quite difficult to find book titled \"POLITICAL CAMPAIGN AND COMMEMORATIVE BUTTONS\". This was the first major work on American shanked political clothing buttons by Alphaeus Albert. The identification numbers assigned to this genre of buttons by Albert in 1966 remains in use today as the accepted standard numbering system. This is a signed first edition. A rare chance to acquire an informative book that is a collectible in its own right. Condition is very lightly used. This book does not have a dust jacket but I am not sure if it ever did. (BK3)
