USED, durable, GOOD CONDITION. fully functional and NO HOLES, NO STAINS, VERY DURABLE SEE PICTURES.I BELIEVE these USED TO HAVE A STRIP OF ELASTIC sewn into the back of the inner waist but that elastic is no longer there-see picture of stitching in back of waist. fully functional
