    Please note that we require immediate payment for your order through Pay Pal. If you do not have a Pay Pal account, or you do not wish to use your Pay Pal account for payment, there is an option within Pay Pal to use a credit card.

    Shipping

    We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders ship from our fulfillment facility in Miami, Florida. You can expect your package to ship to you within 24 hours of your payment on weekdays (Monday - Friday) and within 1 business day post-weekends and holidays. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address specified via PayPal. Sorry, we are unable to change the shipping address once payment has been made.

    Your order will be sent using UPS Mail Innovations, US Postal Service, UPS or Fed Ex. A tracking number or delivery confirmation number will be sent to you once your order has shipped. You will be able to see delivery progress on or from the carrier’s website. Please note that it may take the carrier up to 24 hours to register the first scan of the shipment on the tracking websites. Sorry, local pick-ups are not allowed.

    Returns

    If you require a return, please contact our customer service team through the message system. They will be glad to assist you with your request. Please note that returns for a refund must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase.

    All returns require that you obtain an RMA number from our customer service department. This is to ensure that the return can be processed as quickly as possible at our returns center. Sorry, but packages without an RMA number will be refused.
