We recently have cleaned out an estate basement in the historic Georgetown, District of Columbia and got many great quality antiques, including bronzes, silver and paintings! Everything down there has not been touched for over a decade and just came out to light! We had to clean all the pieces from dust, light mold and other elements other than than sold as is with described condition!

Presented here is a very nice, 19th century pair of solid silver pheasant tablegarniture figurines. Each is hallmarked under the tail with four, Dutch silver hallmarks. The silver puroity is .833 or 83% pure.Each is hand decorated to make these birds look very life-like! Amazing detail and workmanship, please see upclose photos! We have never seen these made in the Netherlands so we believe they are pretty rare! These solid silver birds have not been cleaned or polished, we will leave it to the winning buyer to decide if they want to keep the antique patina! Please message for any questions.
