This pair of modernist candle holders was designed by Czech designer Vladislav Urban for Sklo Union in 1968. The same sculptural design was applied to various vases and othe glass items. They were manufactured primarily in clear colourless glass. The aquamarine colour of these is gorgeous.

As designed, these heavy glasscandle holders are meant for a candle taper but turn them over and there is a flat bottomed cavity that you could usewith tealights.

Each one measures approx. 3 1/4\" high and 2 1/2\" square. They have no chips, cracks or other imperfections.
