A pair of beautiful and substantially crafted candlesticks by one of the legendary Architect / Industrial Designer Ettore Sottsass for Swid Powell in the 80‘s. Sottsass is the Founder of Memphis movement. A fine example of a great Architect designs not only to the form and designed aesthetic, but yet the constructed precise position. What more is these pair are in excellent very minimal signs of wear which is RARE!! No loss to the plate or brass as good as you can get in this category (now a pair retail for $2400 has some loss to the finish).
