Pair of Lovely blood WOOD Wooden Tatting Shuttle with 1 & 2 Removable Bobbins DESCRIPTIONThis is my own take on a tatting shuttle with a removable bobbin. Made of blood WOOD with an overall length of approximately 2 and 3 inches. The open end allows you to maintain pressure on the bobbin so that it does not unspool your thread. All you need to do is tighten the chicago nut to the tension you like. The side arms are slightly springy and all it takes is tightening the screw with your thumbnail.I had members of our local tatting guild try out this design and they all agreed that by leading with the bobbin end, and gripping it over the open hole, the design allows you to tatt very fast. The chicago bolt heads are recessed on both side so that your thread will not snag.Uses a generic size sewing machine bobbin so that you can use you own bobbins. Comes with three plastic bobbin.Nice!Has a soft smooth finish that feels very nice in your hand.Thanks for looking. There are 3 images with this description.
