Thesedecorative Black Forest plaques feature a superbly carved stilllife displaying excellent anatomical figures of hunting game.Including a game bird (perhaps a pheasant) and a rabbit orhare, all skillfully executed. Suspended from the leg of each with a twisted cord. The figures are carved from solid Linden wood and mounted onmatching panels. These old plaques are perfect and ready to display without issue.Superb carvings with excellent detail on both.

Overallthese pieces are in very good antique condition and will displaybeautifully. Some light wear from age. Nice patina or finish. Nochips or damage to the carvings.
