Pair of Rare Cambridge Carnival Glass Green Iridescent 4 Inch Buzz Saw Pattern Cruets with Stoppers.

These cruets shows a pontil mark on the base indicatingit was blown into a mold. The mold work and the iridescence are fantastic.

These small cruets still have the matching stoppers which is more rare thanthe cruets itself. According to Bill Edwards "Standard Encyclopedia of Carnival Glass" 5th Edition in 1996, the small 4" green cruet is marked as rare and valued at $575. These were only made in Green.

The cruets measures approximately 4" tall with the stopper, 3 1/4" tall without the stopper, 2 7/8" at the base. The stoppersare approximately 1 3/8" long.

These lovely Cambridge Buzz Saw Cruets are in great condition. I can see no chips, cracks or damage. The stoppers are rough on the bottom but have beentold that this is normal.
