Rare studio pottery by Roberta Polfus Ceramics. Artist Roberta creates her organically-inspired pottery on the potters wheel, then meticulously shapes and carves the design by hand. Each creation is uniquely one-of-a-kind. This pair of \"urchin\" vases are made of the highest quality white high-fire porcelain and glazed in a semi-matte glaze. These lovely vases will make the perfect decorative accent for any vintage Mid-Century Modern or contemporary decor. Both vases feature a unique five-footed design that further accents the organic nature of Roberta\'s work.The large urchin vase measures approximately 4 1/4\" across at the widest, 3 1/2\" tall and the smaller urchin vase measures approximately 3 3/4\" across at the widest, and stands 3\" tall. Both are in mint original condition and are both hand-signed by the artist on the bottom.
