Listed hereis a pair of Gilded French Bergere’s in Louis XV Style, dated: 1950s… Rosettecrest continuing with rounded profiles and so proportion in size and scale ofthe chair. Easy chair that is upholstered below the arms, with a loose cushionin its wide comfy seat and low back that merges fluidly into the arms. Originalgold leaf gilding finish, held by cabriole legs with scroll leaf feet, greatlooking pieces that you can place anywhere in your home. Upholstered in easycare cotton muslin fabric which is meant to be recovered over it, except somegrain lines on the fabric and minor imperfections. These chairs are verycomfortable.

*Condition * these are older reproduction pieces in good condition;fabric is cotton muslin which shows natural lines of the material. Worn at the base of the feet, may have aslight unevenness. Wood shrinkage at the jointed areas, does not affect the sturdinessof the chairs, very heavy pieces.
