Polished and New Tin

This vintage set oftin-lined copper cookware is newly retinned, polished, and ready for use. These pans have a matching rivet and handlestyle. The smooth copper is 2mm thick on both pans. There are no manufacturer’smarks. The rivets are tight. The handles are iron. The volume of the stock potis approximately 6 quarts and the volume of the sauce pan is approximately 3quarts. The rims on both pans are flared and perfectly round. The largerstock pot has a small ding on the bottom edge that is cosmetic only - both panssit perfectly flat. The new hand-wiped tin is very thick and characteristicwipe marks are apparent.

These pretty vintage pieceswould make a great starter set for any chef looking to experiment withtin-lined copper cookware at a minimal investment. The thermal conductivity ofcopper and the nonstick performance of tin cannot be beat!
