Pair of vintage Wedgwood bluejasperware 6\" Spill Vases with white “Apollo & Urania” and “Terpsichore& Calliope” reliefs. Their lips are wrapped with silver plate(could not find any marks).Vases’color is significantly lighter than the traditional “Cobalt Blue” widely usedin the 19th and (early) 20th centuries. No visible damage of any kind. Some pigmentation inside could mean that the vases were used in the past.Dimensions:H=6”, top/bottom Dia=2 ½” / 2 ¾”. Both vases have identical marks: “WEDGWOOD”, “Madein England”, “J” and “6”, which suggests that the two vases are likely to be a “true”pair.
