Pair of incredibly fine quality silver wire cloisonne vases signed Yamada made/created.Well decorated with alternate panels of dragons and phoenix,floral bands and geometric designs,shoulders decorated with roundels and butterflies,superb,not the usual mass market cloisonne.Excellent condition,no repair,no dings,no bruises,no obvious cracks,excellent patinated metal rims with no dents,with minimal wear if any,light minor surface scuff/chip to one light green Dragon panel,these are antique over 100 years plus old and not new.Very hard to picture without reflections,please click on photo links for supersize high resolution images.
Very good size for this quality,each measures 15.5 cm high x 8cm wide,very fine pieces are usually much smaller.Cloisonne enamel with the finest silver wire decoration,panels with pairs of Dragons,Phoenix designs around shoulders and fine boarder work.
