Item: Parker lapis blue antique mechincal pencil

Condition: This pencil is in as is condition and has some issues. See next section. The pencil has been cleaned and polished and works as it should. All parts are present.

Flaws: wear to the gold tone parts and an old repair near the tip. I did not repair this. Looks like it broke and someone glued it back together.
