Shipping is included to the continentalUSA, curbside service toany business. If you wish to have it shipped to a residence and it shipsfreight there is a one time fee of$80.00added to yourpurchase for the freight company to make a delivery appointment for you toreceive your item(s). All other items (non-freight, small to medium sizeditems) are shipped Fedex Ground, DHL, UPS, etc at our expense to eitherresidence or business with no extra fees.
•Tracking Numbers
If your item ships common carrier (Fedex, Etc) a tracking number can beobtained from our warehouse upon request. Our systems don’t update beforemany times a package already arrives to you. However, if your item shipsfreight the following applies. Shipping is always included at MartelleInternational, LLC., which removes all the risk from the client. Shippingcosts fluctuate so cost is kept in check with shipper’s offerding on Martelle’sorder fulfillment. Items are typically carried by two or more carrierstraveling towards the client’s destination. Items are passed amongdifferent carriers with new tracking numbers assigned which disallows a “realtime” tracking like you would have with FedEx, etc. This “baton pass” mayoccur once or multiple times depending on which warehouse your item originatesand the final destination.
