Holder was used as part of a Partylite Consultants table display, leaving it in perfect condition. Made of pewter or pewter in appearance metal, this holder is solid. Elegant flower design is accented with jewels that catch and slightly reflect candle and room light. Jewels are, dark and light pink, and a delicate blue. The delicate colors will not upset any decor. The back/bottom has black velvet to finish this holders appearance and prevents scratching sensitive surfaces. Holds a 3 inch pillar of any hight.
