This is a beautiful figurine made with hand wrought glass by Milton Townsend. The glass figurine is in perfect condition with ho chips or scratches. However, the base has a couple of very small, not very visible, spots where the black paint has chipped (see photo). I imagine you could color this in with a black Sharpie if you like. Measures about 13 x 6.5. Thank you!
