This sale is for a Patsy Baby by Effanbee in great condition. Cloth Body with composition head & hands. There is a small crack in the corner of the Left eye- Please see pictures. She is about 10 inches long and wearing a beautiful Christening gown with a under slip, I do not see a tag to see if it is an original . She as well as the dress are stain freeand clean.
