CD Condition Grading is as follows:Grading of CD surfaces:

EXC = A CD with no marks or scratches on the playing surface
EXC- = A CD with 1 or 2 very lite* marks on the playing surface which should not affect playing
VG = A CD with more than 2 very lite* marks on the playing surface
VG- = A CD with several lite* marks
FAIR = A CD with some large** marks or scratches** which may or may not affect playing
POOR = A CD with many large** and/or lite* marks and/or scratches** which will more than likely affect the playing of the CD

*Lite marks are small lite marks that are visible when CD is tilted in a certain direction in high light.
**Large Marks are usually larger more visible marks. Scratches are usually very visible and more deep in the disc surface.Grading of CD inserts or packaging(if in digipaks or sleeves):

EXC = Inserts or packaging in like new condition with no tears, bends, or price stickers
EXC- = Inserts or Packaging may have a very slight tear or bend.
VG = Inserts or packaging may have a few lite tears, bends and price stickers on them
Fair = Inserts or Packaging may have several tears, bends, creases. May also have price stickers or sticker residue.
Poor = Inserts or Packaging is in poor shape with all of the elements of fair plus possibly writing, stains.

PLEASE NOTE:
I generally do not grade the condition of jewel cases. Jewel cases may have scratches, price stickers or sticker residue on them.
If the jewel cases are severly damaged, I will try to replace them prior to shipping or make note of it in the sale.
I don\'t believe in giving a perfectly mint CD an \"Good\" rating just because the jewel case has some scratches on it.
Jewel cases aren\'t hard to replace and not very costly.
The important parts should be the condition of the CD itself and the inserts.
