San Diego Street Car Company (SDSCC) had theiropening day on June 7, 1890 . At the end of the line there was a pavilion overlooking Mission Valley. It became known as \"Mission Cliffs Gardens,\" one of San Diego\'s first public recreation areas. I could not find any photographs of that early pavilion but I believe that this photograph must be one given what looks to be the San Diego river below, and that fact that this photograph is labeled \"at the end of cable line.\" I could find no exampleof this card on the Internet nor could I find any photographs of the pavilion itself; this card also shows a gazebo below the pavilion. Fig. 1 is a photo of the whole card taken on a red horizontal surface. Fig. 2 is of the whole card photographed vertically. Fig. 3 is a closeup. Fig. 4 is the back side of the card. The card measures 8.5” X 5.25”. Itwill be shipped in an acetate sleeve sandwiched between 4 layers of rigid poly foam board. Ships only to the USA.Be sure to check out the other CA cards I am offering this week.
