I hand stitch this petticoat 4/18/12 reenactments. I used a size 12 pattern. The length of the petticoat is 52 inches long. It is 13 inches across under breast . From top of strap to under breast is 11 inches. Armpit to armpit is 18 inches. There are some age stains but makes it look more period.
