After you place the order, please go to the “NOTE TO SELLER” box, and message us. You can either have your last name of house number engraved on the front of the mailbox. Please tell us what you want engraved.
Please make sure to review your spelling or numbers, as we usually start production on your mailbox within 24 hours, and cannot make corrections.
If you forget to email us, we will email you within 2-4 days, to ask how you wish for your mailbox to be personalized.
If you wish not to personalize your mailbox, please let us know.

MANUFACTURING TIME

Please allow 3-4 business days to manufacture the mailbox, from the date we receive your personalization details via the NOTE TO SELLER message.

SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours, after manufacturing and assembly is complete. It will be shipped in a secured box, from NORTH AMERICAN SHOP. A tracking number will be provided.
Shipping will vary, depending on the country and province/state. Please allow approximately 7 business days for delivery in the US and Canada.

RETURNS/REFUND

Returns are accepted if the product arrives damaged. We kindly ask the buyer to send pictures within 48 hours of receiving the item. Refunds cannot be provided otherwise, because the product is customized.
