Your buying a Pez Santa with small head, no feet. The pez in in nice condition with a tight stem spring.The head is stiff and stays at whatever position you tilt it back at- as there is some friction. The friction is caused because the head comes off one of the little nipples that allows the head to tilt back and forth, not broken. Where head attaches to stem is a little wider causing head to come off when head is tilted back, metal spring is tight. Made in Austria-2.6 pat, no cracks or chips. Please see pictures for what your buying and actual condition.
