Phinney Walker Keyless clock, rim wind rim set. It works, but I had a difficult time setting the hands. Winding is not a problem. Second hand rotates, as does the hour & minute hands. Bought this on sometime ago to fit in a wooden WWI airplane propeller--it didn\'t fit. Shipping fee $15.00 by FedEx Ground with tracking number.
