This badge is crafted in 10k yellow gold and features seed pearls and genuine garnets. The front of the pin is a diamond of glowing black enamel. A gold star crowns the top of the diamond and a lamp of learning adorns the bottom. The badge is crossed with a banner bearing the Greek letters signifying Pi Kappa Phi. A frame of seed pearls forms a border around the badge. Four rose-red garnets embellish the corners of the diamond-shaped frame. For enhanced glow, ports on the underside of the badge allow the free passage of light through the pearls and garnets. The underside of the badge contains the following engravings: J.M. JR AM-53. The badge fastens with a pin and hinged clasp. Placed on a stationary ring above the clasp, a chain leads to an arrow fashioned of 10k yellow gold. The shaft of the arrow is adorned with eight seed pearls, and the fletching contains the Greek letters signifying Pi Beta Phi. Another chain of gold connects the arrow’s head and fletching. The underside of the arrow contains the following inscriptions: C.M. Showers Penn. E. 53. The arrow pin also fastens with a bar and hinge clasp. The 10k gold purity composition of this piece has been professionally tested and verified. This sweetheart badge is in great condition and would make a wonderful gift for a collector.

This badge weighs 5.1 grams. The Pi Kappa Phi pin measures 23/32\" (18mm) long and 13/32\" (10.7mm) wide, while the Pi Beta Phi measures 1 1/8\" (28.4mm) long and 7/32\" (5.3mm) tall.
