Limited Edition Lockhart Birds Ruffed Grouse 1970 by Pickard China. Beautiful 10.5\" plate bordered bya wideforest green rim with gold filigree and gold trim. Painted with meticulous attention to detail. No chips, nicks, scratches, or stains. Absolutely beautiful plate comes in original black velvet lined box with COA. Box has seen some wear and is split on one side (see pictures).
