Square glass display jar. Bottom embossed with, \"Made in the USA\" and \"1940 Leap Year\", \"PLANTERS\" letters cascading diagonally down one side. Paper on both sides with art is printed with hand-colored picture of a girl holding a bag of peanuts. Paper is tattered, stained and generally has that \"vintage\" look. No lid. 7.5\" wide x 8.5\" tall x 5\" deep. Smudged, dusty, and unaltered. No obvious chips or cracks, glass has a couple small bubbles from original manufacture.
