Warranty & Returns

Please read below for our warranty and return information

We will exchange defective or damage products within the warranty period (14 days from date received) if we have the product in stock otherwise we will issue a refund once the original item is returned to us. Buyer pays return shipping costs.
Returns for refund are accepted for the first 7 days after customer receives the item. Buyer pays for return shipping costs. There is a 15% restocking fee and we will also deduct original shipping costs if any from the refund amount. If the item shipped with free shipping we will deduct a $6 fee to help recover our original shipping costs.
If items are damaged in transit please notify us within the first 24 hours of receiving the package. Otherwise we will not be able to issue a claim with the carrier.
All returns/exchanges require an RMA number to be issued before sending it back to us. You must make contact with us so that we can issue an RMA number to you. Items returned without this number may be refused.
