Hat is in gently used condition with visible wear from the top, but on the underside the blue dye has ran into the yellow, as shown in photos. It is 85% acrylic, 15% wool, exclusive of the strap, which looks like leather, but I would guess is faux leather.

It is a One size fits most with an adjustable strap with metal buckle type clasp.
