These pork chips, originaly called čvarci (pronounced chvartzy), are an authentic snack considered a delicacy in Balkan countries, most common in Croatia and Serbia. Until recently this specialty has not been very known outside these countries, but they are getting quite popular recently, and for a reason!

They are 100% home made with only natural and organic ingredients.

You can eat them straigt up, or served with some fresh bread, salt and diced onions. For best results add a cold beer! J
