We are selling a very nice Pair of Antique Capodimonte Porcelain Plaques on Fumed Oak Frames.

As you can see I removed the paper and wood backing to examine the marks. I am sure both plaques are marked the same.

There is the Capodimonte hand painted crown over N and an additional mark ( Germany ) probably the porcelain blank used at that time which was not unusual. Both marks are hand painted not stamped.

Both plaques are in excellent condition, Circa 1840-1860 or earlier. Frames are from the 1880-1900 era.
