. Here is an unusually shaped set of 19th Century Japanese Imari Plates in an offset pattern, measuring 10\" x 9 1/2\", c.1850-1875. Pattern has a star shape with Ho-O Bird or Phoenix and an Ikeban motif with Pine, Bamboo, and Chrysanthemums, decorated with gold highlights. Condition is great, with no chips, cracks, or repairs.
