Up for sale is a new, never opened, Richard M. Nixon Talking Action Figure by Toypresidents. The action figure speaks 25 unique and authentic phases and it is complete with accessories and biographical pamphlet. The action figure has never been taken out of the box. I pressed the lapel but it did not speak. I am assuming that is because it is over 10 years old and the batteries are no longer good. I did not want to open the box the replace the batteries.
