Conditions: Fine colors and impression . .Light toning and slight soiling, as is common in these Kuchi-e pieces. The print is folded vertically (now flattened) as are all kuchi-e prints (because of their use), so this is not a negative. The print is exactly as the pictures.So please, look attentively the picture. Thank you.

This work is a kuchi-e print by Tomone Kobori. Kuchie are frontpieces prodduced for publication in Japanese novels and literary magazines at the turn-of-the-century (1895-1912). This print represents a priest and wife in a temple.
