This is a great old bowl purchased inin Amish Country in Ohioseveral years ago. I believe the wood is Maple. It\'s always been one of my favorites because I remember smelling the yeast from years of use...definitely an original, not one that has been recently made and made to look old like so many you see now.
The 1/2\" rim is very defined. There is no damage of any kind, just normal use on the inside.
I love the way it sits...one area is higher than the rest...really a unique bowl for those the collect these wonderful bowls.
