A primitive quilt in the popular Jacobs Ladder pattern.

This example is wonderful with cranberry prints.

The maker had two quilts in mind when making this folk art piece.

One side has the ladder pattern and flip side bars. Normally you would see the bars to the edges, but this one has a border along the edge.

Which did she want....so she made two in one :)

Nice wide border which is typical to find in quilts from Lancaster County.

Measures 84 x 75 inches

Tiny hand quilting that measures 10-12 stitches per inch.

Edges meet and hand sewn. Thin batting.

Some age tanning that shows most on back.

Crisp, never used or washed.

A lovely quilt for your collection. Super for the primitive farm house home.
